“Many agree with one thing: the B-25 Mitchell was a fun plane to fly. It handled more like a sports car than a truck.”

- Scale: 1/48
- Brand: Revell B-25 C/D Mitchell

Summary
The North American B-25 Mitchell was introduced in 1941, and served in every theatre of WW2. After the war ended, the Mitchell remained in service through four decades of operation. It was the most-produced American medium bomber, with nearly 10,000 built over numerous variants.
This kit was my first attempt at a “big iron” aircraft. The kit itself, being an older Revell kit, had some fitment issues, and presented some difficulty. Overall the kit was quite a bit of fun to detail, and I learned many different techniques. I also learned to be very careful airbrushing yellow.

The internals were a blast to put together and paint. While I knew the detail would be covered up when I eventually put it together, I couldn’t help but try to make every detail shine.

I used aftermarket resin cast seats, and made every effort to detail the cockpit.
